My name is Brandon Foottit and my wife is Emily. We are a growing family of 5 new to Griffin, GA. We are originally from Tampa, Florida where we met and got married in 2012. Shortly there after God called us into the ministry and we moved to New Orleans, LA to further our education and be equipped for what God has called us to.
My wife has her master in Christian Counseling, and I have my Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. It was in New Orleans where our family grew from 2 to 5 so it definitely holds a special place in our hearts. We have three boys now (Caleb our oldest; Mason, then Judah our youngest) & one girl (Ava- our third child). They are a joy, but alot of work. My bride Emily is a dedicated homemaker & homeschool mother to our crew so that keeps her pretty busy along with being a pastors wife.
I have been in ministry going on 10 years now. Most of this was in youth ministry. I have a heart for the family & next generation. Our family enjoys sports including baseball, & golf. And we are New Orleans Saints fans because we know God loves the Saints. We also are bias to some Florida teams, but our hearts are here. We are mission minded and firmly believe to plant wherever God has placed you. We are excited to be here in Griffin and at Carver Road Baptist. I like to say since I have been here we are on the road to new beginnings I would love for you to join our faith family as well for worship as we continue to grow together.
